Background Introduction
A well-known clothing group needed a sales strategy adjustment due to the new labor outsourcing regulation. FESCO Adecco provided store management outsourcing cooperation with this group covering store shopping guide in 260 cities and over 30 shops of the brand. 
Client’s Requirement
Before utilizing our outsourcing services, the client’s stores had 10% of fake headcounts and 15% of position vacancy. The display standard of the store was not standard enough and the sales in the store did not have sufficient skills. The client was responsible for all employer’s responsibilities and risks.
